Last weekend, we headed west to attend Alaina's birthday party. Adelle was VERY excited to see Alaina, and was even more excited after she found out it was at Chuck E. Cheese! Here are some photos from the big day:

What has Adelle been up to lately, you ask? Well, here we are with an update to satisfy your rampant curiosity!

...First, she helped Mommy do some baking...

...Then, she's been playing a lot. Outside. In January. In Iowa. We've had some pretty crazy-nice (i.e. warm) weather lately, and here are some pictures of her outside exploits...

Finally, the big day arrived - Christmas at home with Mom, Dad, and brother Wesley! She had a great day, and got a lot of things that she wanted. Santa, Mom, and Dad came through in the clutch!

As Grandma Harriet would say, "It was a sad, sad Christmas..."

Adelle sang with her Sunday School class in our church service last weekend. She was very brave, and did a great job. We were (and are) very proud of her! Here's the class singing "Silent Night". Enjoy!
